But, for example if you have only have 10 keywords in hand and if you are able to dominate the 1st position on Google for those keywords then it means that you will get at lest 500 to 800 hits per day on your site or Blog which is not bad. 1000 targeted hits per day will make you decent money if you monetize your landing pages in a good way.
