Surround yourself with funny people. Watch funny movies and television shows. Get a dog and watch how it plays on the beach. Find reasons that make you want to laugh. Because this will keep your mind and heart happy thus helping you stop getting anxious all the time.
Block all root causes on anxiety
If you hear about an incident that starts making you anxious or even a news report that does so, turn the television of or stop thinking about the incident. You need to work consciously towards blocking the root causes of your anxious feelings.

Stop being too controlling
If you learn to let go and accept things that happen, you will stop being as anxious.
